Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  1. REPAIR WARRANTY: Alphino products are covered under three years limited warranty. All warranties will be considered void if Alphino finds that the product has been abused, physically damaged or altered in any way without prior written authorization.
  2. RETURN PACKAGING: Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in original packaging box or in packaging of equal or greater quality.
  3. RMA NUMBER: Any returned product without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. RMA numbers are only valid for 21 days from the date of issue.
  4. PRODUCT SHIPMENT: Ship only the products and any additional item as specified on the original RMA request form.
  5. SHIPPING COST: The customer is responsible for the costs of shipment to return the item to Alphino and collection from Alphino as the warranty does not cover for logistic related costs.
  6. OUT OF WARRANTY PRODUCT: The products which are out-of-warranty period will be repaired only with the customer’s prior approval. For repairs charges, please contact us at +65 6686 4923 or email to enquiry@alphino.com.
