Alphino’s 1E4 Beacon is certified under ATEX, IECEx, and INMETRO for explosion‑proof (flame‑proof) protection. In addition, the 1E4 LED Beacon is certified for explosion‑proof (optical radiation) protection. The 1E4 Beacon is suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and harsh environmental conditions, with area classifications Zone 1, 2, 21, and 22. The beacon enclosure is manufactured from Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) composite material, offering durability, lightweight construction, corrosion resistance, and maintenance‑free performance. This makes it especially suitable for Oil & Gas, Offshore, Petrochemical, Marine, and other highly corrosive environments. The 1E4 Beacon meets ingress protection grades IP66 and IP67 in accordance with IEC 60529, ensuring reliable operation in marine environments, harsh weather, and dust‑tight applications. The 1E4 Beacon is available in seven standard colours, with customized colours offered upon request. As an optional accessory, a stainless steel guard is available for dome protection. 1E4 Xenon Beacon: Provides a wide range of lamp energy outputs from 5J to 30J, with power supply options of 230VAC, 110VAC, 24VDC, and 48VDC. 1E4 LED Beacon: Offers multiple signalling modes, including steady, flashing (30–180 fpm), and running/rotation modes.
